Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversees the general accounting activities (receivables, payables and bookkeeping).
- Closes activities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Prepares financial, statutory and management reports on a regular basis.
- Ensures accuracy and preciseness of reports prior submission to BOD.
- Ensures compliance on government reportorial requirements.
- Oversees all aspects of cash flow management.
- Reviews, monitors, and forecasts expense reports for the assigned business units.
- Provides reports to management per agreed schedule including any material fluctuations in the financial statements.
- Conduct sregular internal audits to ensure compliance to company processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Strengthens internal control framework.
- Manages a team of accountants.
- Promotes a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the team.
- Ensures that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
- Seeks ways to improve own productivity, as well as her teams through upgrading of skills, coaching, counseling, etc.
- Performs other adhoc duties as assigned by management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3-5 years experience in the same position.
- Preferably with experience working in the BPO industry.
- CPA board passer.
- Advanced expertise in excel and other reporting tools.
- Working knowledge on Quickbooks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High level people management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
