- 2 yrs experience as Executive Assistant.
- Knowledge in food and beverage industry.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Filipino.
- Skilled in the following:
- Collaborating well with all levels of managers, staff, clients and vendors.
- Handling sensitive documents in a very confidential manner.
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, accounting software, and internet research.
- Handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Performing research work for specific assignments and projects.
- Taking initiative and executing assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner.
- Pleasing personality.
