Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepares monthly and annual Financial Statements (including accounts reconciliation, adjustments, and closing entries)
- Analyze profits and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Prepare financial and tax audits, monitor preparation of tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Checks and maintains the records transactions in the company’s books of accounts
- Checks and monitor Petty Cash report.
- Checks prepared invoices, debit and credit notes issued to clients
- Checks the prepared BIR and other GMB reportorial requirements including but not limited to payments and forms.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Recommend improvements to the work processes as required/needed
- Promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the workforce.
- Ensure that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
- Continuously seek ways to improve her productivity, as well as her team’s through upgrading of skills, coaching, counseling, etc.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Accountancy graduate or equivalent
- Strong understanding of accounting theories and practices
- CPA designation preferred
- Accounting for online gaming company preferred
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently with no supervision required
