- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives together with Managers.
- Proposes innovative ways to improve the recruitment process of the company.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites which provide the organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups, and job sites.
- Interviews applicants, analyzes responses, verifies references, and compares qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Managers.
- Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
- Conducts job offers and monitors compensation practices emphasizing on benefits.
- Collects and secures Pre-Employment requirements and other necessary document of employees in 201 files.
- Manages OJT program by conducting orientations, scheduling rotations and assignments, monitoring intern job contributions, coaching interns, and advising Managers on training and coaching.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Conducts exit interviews and releases final pay and documents.
- Attends to tasks as assigned by Management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent course.
- Background in sourcing and interviewing applicants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
