- Schedules interviews of applicants
- Sources a strong pool of candidates
- Collects and secures Pre-Employment requirements and other necessary document of employees in 201 files
- Sorts incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
- Creates memorandums
- Supports in administration procedures and documentation
- Prepares Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Assists in the coordination and completion of special projects, as appropriate.
- Attends to duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
- Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
