Office Coordinator | Creative Services Department  

One Mega Group is looking for a highly capable individual to be the Coordinator for the Creative Services (CS) Department. The CS team is our in-house advertising arm that caters to internal and external clients.

As the CS Coordinator, all job orders will go through you! Furthermore, you will:

• Delegate job orders to the writers and artists.
• Coordinate deadlines and other deliverables with the team members.
• Manage traffic work flow between the CS team and Advertising & Sales team.

We are looking for a go-getter who knows what he/she wants and is excited to work and interact with a number of people. Multitaskers, we need you! Aside from that:

• At least one year of experience in coordination and planning
• Fluent in the English language
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
