Circulation Sales Agent  

The Circulation Sales Agent is under the supervision of the Circulation Manager. Their main role is to go out at least three days a week to offer our magazines to direct clients. They may use back issues as complimentary copies to get the interests of the clients. With a possible client in mind, the Circulation Sales Agents will create a proposal approved by the Circulation Manager before sending to client. Each agent will also be in-charge of monitoring fulfillments of the deliveries to their clients.

The second role of a Circulation Sales Agent As is more focus on administrative work such the delivery of the magazines to their respective areas and recipient per month. Another administrative work is the maintaining of minimal storage requirement of Circulation department.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main Role
  • Visit establishments and probe for needs of reading material for their own clients
  • Create a proposal for review of the Circulation Manager
  • Make sure that signed contract for firm sale/subscription from client and OMG will be submitted to Finance for billing and to the Circulations Manage for filing
  • In coordination Finance Department, payment scheme should be approved before delivery.
  • Record and monitor his/her own sales and deliveries
  • Their main role as Circulations Sales Agent will make them eligible to a commission scheme presented along with this Job Description.
• Minor Role
  • Pack and deliver the magazines (once a month)
  • Record and monitor inventory of Circulation Department Storage
  • Maintain minimal storage by joining Trade Events at least once a month

• Graduate of Marketing, Management, Communications, Business and Entrepreneur or any related courses.
• Fresh grads are open to apply
• English and Tagalog proficiency and arithmetic skills required.
• Very detailed and with high work standards
• Knowledge in Microsoft office
• Skills in dealing with representatives of outlets and newsstands for delivery
