Visibility Associate  

The Visibility Associate is responsible for the implementation of the trade and visibility plan. Ensures presence of the all magazines in strategic partner establishments. He/she is also the relationship officer between OMG and its trade business partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements the trade and visibility plan of each title.
• Prepare and send contract to agreed partner establishments.
• Facilitates delivery of magazines to partner establishments in coordination with circulation department.
• Confirms receipt of delivery of the magazines with the establishments. Visits clients as necessary to ensure prominent display of the magazines.
• Evaluates effectiveness of project per establishment and submits evaluation reports to Marketing Communications Manager.
• Monitors duration of all ongoing contracts and renews them as necessary prior to their expiration dates.
• Initiates visibility projects such as but not limited to in-store displays and creative executions in selling venues to support circulation sales.
• Ensures delivery of all commitments in the contracts for both parties.
• Reminds advertising group of important dates such as birthdays and company anniversaries and initiates events/get-together to promote goodwill among business and trade partners.
• Maintains good working relationship with partners through constant communication and informal gettogethers.
• Maintains updated database for both visibility and trade partners.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background

• College graduate, preferably with Business, Marketing, Communication Arts or related course background

Years of Related Experience

• At least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Experience in Marketing is an advantage
