Circulation Associate  

The Circulation Associate provides administrative support to the circulation department. He/She is in charge of all clerical works needed in the department.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encodes monthly allocation of all titles.
• Encodes manual delivery receipts.
• Encodes weekly transportation.
• Encodes weekly inventory report.
• Prepares the daily inventory forms of the merchandisers.
• Prepares weekly report and presentation.
• Request for the circulation supplies i.e tape, bond paper.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. .
• Setup and coordinate meetings with newsstand clients.
• Assist other departments of their request. i.e complimentary magazine request
• Assist during events if needed.
• Coordinates with Logistics.
• Coordinates with Collection department.

Educational Background:

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year with admin background

Skills Required:

• Computer proficiency
