Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- End to end recruitment (Sourcing, interview, test administration & setting up panel interview with panels, job offer, employment contract, scuring his/her equipment such as cellphone & laptop and work station, ID & Job Description and Orientation.
- Monitoring of performance evaluation.
- Monitoring and reinforcement of policies and memos.
- Employee relations.
- Monitoring employee movement such as transferring, promotion, resignation, retirement or termination.
- Preparation of personnel movement thru written agreement such as PAN or COE.
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can start as soon as possible.
