Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Finance Director in monitoring of cash inflows and outflows
- Acts as Petty Cash and Medical Fund Custodian
- Acts as coordinator with Bank Partners on all issues and concerns in relation to banking to support Head Office and Store Operations
- Monitors adequacy of insurance coverage and timely processing of insurance claims
- In-charge of ensuring overall Office cleanliness and orderliness
- Supervises the Receptionist and utility man in delivering set objectives
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
Requirement:
- Graduate of BS Financial Management, Administration/Accountancy
- With working experience in Treasury functions
- With knowledge in different banking details
- Must be computer literate
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Good in business letter correspondence
- Meticulous in details, trustworthy, well-organized and patient
