Job Summary:
Markets and sells Rockwell properties through implementation of the company’s marketing and sales strategies. Acquire Clients through the company’s and individual efforts, as well as personal networks. Assists these clients by identifying and evaluating their needs, prepares and presents proposals in order to successfully close the sale. Lead a team of sales executives in achieving the monthly quota and be able to drive and coach potential talents that would help grow Rockwell as a brand.
- Identifies sales leads and new opportunities; initiates communication with incoming leads / prospects through Company’s efforts and the individual’s as well.
- Assists in resolving customer’s queries, complaints, or issues in a timely manner.
- Works seamlessly with other sales team leads to develop strategies to attract, maintain, and round potential clients and in training sales executives.
- Represents the Company with the utmost professionalism including attire, ethics and conduct.
- Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate with a degree in preferably a management or a business related course.
- At least 2 years of sales-related experience.
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
