Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsible for providing assistance to the Residential Leasing in attending clients’ concern and organize a delegation of unit concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist on Unit concerns and client complaints.
- Send Notice of Lease Expiration and Welcome email to unit owners and tenants.
- Follow-up of contracts to unit owners based abroad.
- Dispatch Leasing Technician for move-in and move-out inspection or any repairs.
- Release service tickets and documentation of work completion in the database.
- Liaise directly with tenants and contractors on the menu of services
- Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate with a degree in Management, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Progressive experience in leasing or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are still welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in leasing policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented.
- Able to maintain focus while multi-tasking in a competitive and high-energy environment.
- Detail-minded and organized.
- Outgoing, positive, and able to work under pressure.
- Internally motivated and willing to execute job with perseverance.
