Administrative Assistant  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing customer service in addition to secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
• Typing documents, including letters and reports.
• Hands-on experience in giving information to visitors and answering their questions.
• Provide office support services to ensure efficiency
• Provided administrative services to Management and clients.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by Management.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office.
• Must be willing to work in extended hours if necessary.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
