Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The Research Agent (Skip Tracer) is responsible for tracing skips for creditors or other concerned parties; searches city and telephone directories, and street listings, and inquiries at the post office; follows up each lead and prepares the report of the investigation to creditor; may trace individuals for purposes of serving legal papers.
- This position is expected to provide the company with the number of important deliverables and success will be indicated by the achievement of specific Key Performance Indicators.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- One (1) year experience in collections / skip tracing is an advantage but not required.
- Exposure in Customer Service or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
- Works with minimal supervision.
