Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieve store sales target.
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Determine the customers’ needs and wants.
- Recommend products that fit with customer needs.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Keep up to date with product information and prices.
- Maintain a fully stocked store by timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure safety and care of store and items display and its proper visual presentation.
- Inspect and check item expiration.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Perform cash handling (cashiering), and floor sales representation.
- Execute daily perpetual inventory count and reconciliation if there is variances.
- Maintain proper posture and presentable appearance.
- Function as an all-around Team Member.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Can converse in English and in Filipino.
- Proven working experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Team player, honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Basic administration skills.
- Willing to work on different shifts and weekends.
- Willing to be reassigned within Metro Manila
