Distribution Business Specialist (Food Service Group)  

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Build and develop the food service business in the assigned territory and deliver Volume/ Value objectives.

Ensures the optimum mix of resources is in place to deliver the area objectives.

Provides customer, channel & area insights that will build future plans.

Creates strong partnerships and loyalty and builds NutriAsia equity.

Consistently delivers customer service levels, ensuring NutriAsia and stakeholders are protected.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

TERRITORY MAPPING - Map the territory to fully understand customers' universe and determine the best area, channel and customers to prioritize.

TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT - Plan and execute programs to build volume, value and distribution points.

DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT - Select, effectively manage, develop, and retain distributors, along with their productive personnel, and ensure mutual growth and business return.

CHANNEL & CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT - Understand channel & customer insights & emerging trends in the marketplace.

CUSTOMER & INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP - Create strong customer & Industry partnerships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Food Service Channel Sales is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): KNOWLEDGE IN FOOD SERVICE CHANNEL IS A MUST, articulate in basic call procedure, territory mapping, accounts management, planning and execution, self-driven, strong work etiquette, sales execution and monitoring, open to feedback and coaching, has strong interpersonal and leadership skills
