Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare purchase requisitions
- Generate Purchase Order Number for each requisition
- Obtain price quotes (when necessary) ; Compare the price of a product that is being offered by multiple sellers along with their respective price and quantity
- Monitor and track purchase orders
- Perform clerical responsibilities related to the processing of orders, ensuring the acquisition of supplies, equipment and materials that are ordered
- Prepare purchasing reports and verify their accuracy
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Fulfill other duties or responsibilities as required by the Supervisor/Manager
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Fresh Graduate Welcome to Apply or Maximum of 2 years experience in a related position
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, Preferably Information System and/or Computer Science
- Experience in purchasing goods/services
- Experience and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to effectively process and disperse information between parties
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be honest, ethical and able to maintain confidential and sensitive information
