Segment Manager  

• Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer and company personnel who have worked with the customer, identifying and evaluating additional need; analyzing opportunities.
• Initiates sales process by building a relationship; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
• Schedules meetings with prospective and lead customers to any trade show or exhibit events.
• Develop sales by making an initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
• Develops new applications by preparing specification; conferring with product managers, sales managers and principals.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in seminars and other educational opportunities; reading professional publication; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment

• A graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Experience in the same position is a must.
• Preferably with experience from PRINTING / DISTRIBUTION Industry
• Proven substantiated sales track record.
• Must be customer-service oriented and willing to work extended hours.
• Must be aggressive in introducing selling the product with clients.
• Sales driven with excellent negotiation as well as presentation skills.
• Strong prospecting account management and closing skills
• Must have people management skills
