Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist the Linehaul Station Head in managing the day-to-day linehaul operations of the Ninja Van Hub in the locality.
- Support the Linehaul Station Headin managing linehaul activities.
- Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes, drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, manage and lead Ninja's fleet of linehaul driver and dispatchers.
- Escalate problems to Linehaul Station Head when necessary.
Specific Tasks
- Monitor all incoming shipments in the airport terminal
- Inbound shipments in Ninja Van Consolidated Hub
- Update Shipment Status from time to time
- Monitor hub budget (log all expenses for replenishment)
- Ensure all shipments from consol hub get to their end destination hubs.
- Coordinate with other hub station heads
- Impose good judgement and efficient resolutions againts any problem
- Manage driver schedules and concerns
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Can work indepently
- Computer literate; adept in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Able to multitask and work with teams in various off-site locations
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
