Human Resources Supervisor  

Fitera Systems' HR Supervisor must recruit, train, and retain the best people to develop our nation-building projects that contribute to the progression and advancement of the Philippines.

You will be working to ensure the welfare, safety, and happiness of all employees. You must be an effective communicator and liaison and will be assisting the department on projects related to the real-estate, transportation, resort and leisure, food and beverage, and gaming industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develops processes and programs to recruit the best people specifically IT Software positions
• Develops processes and programs to retain the best people
• Maintains good human resource records
• Verifies candidate backgrounds and references
• Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications, verifying completion.
• Maintains company and employee confidentiality at all times
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and technical publications
• Accomplishes human resource and organization tasks within strict deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, AB/BS Psychology, or equivalent working experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills across all levels in the organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preferably has work experience recruiting Technical positions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications
