- Fill the sales funnel by actively targeting key client groups – Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, large corporate end users.
- Develops and implements business plans to increase new business and expansion opportunities; holds self-accountable for achieving assigned goals and objectives.
- Forecast sales based on sales funnel concept to develop winning strategy.
- Develop Sales Presentation strategies.
- Conduct presentation to customers and consultants and offer solutions that meets and exceed their expectation.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Actively work to gain market intelligence including information on market outlook, competitive products, product innovation, industry trends and future projects.
- Work closely with operations team to complete the sales cycle
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Degree (preferably in the field of Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design)
- Fresh graduates will be entertained; 2-3 years work experience in the sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Background and knowledge in planning/execution may also be considered.
