- Provides customers a pleasant dining experience.
- Must be able to handle the Front of House and Back of House.
- Serves as a role model for all staff.
- Achieves restaurant operational objectives by:
- contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- preparing and completing action plans;
- implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
- resolving problems;
- completing audits;
- identifying trends;
- determining system improvements;
- implementing change.
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by:
- forecasting requirements;
- preparing an annual budget;
- scheduling expenditures;
- analyzing variances;
- initiating corrective actions.
- Plans menus by consulting with chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus.
- Maximizes bar profitability by ensuring portion control; monitoring accuracy of charges.
- Initiates marketing activities to gain more awareness about the restaurant.
- Sets targets within reasonable cause and reaches it.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
