Territory Sales Supervisor | Pangasinan  

1. Subscriber Acquisition
   1. Lead sales team in achieving targets related to growing the company’s subscriber base (account opening/registration of mobile money accounts)
   2. Develops and manages sales team through constant training, proper deployment, field audits, performance monitoring, business reviews, and collaboration with other cross-functional units
   3. Generation and collation of complete and accurate reports on all job activity in the area
2. Area Management
   1. Execution of special projects aside from regular sales operations.
   2. Logistics and planning of deployment areas and resource allocation
   3. Responsible for deployment, care, and safekeeping of company assets in the area including merchandising materials, remittances, documents, computers and other tools of work
3. Business Development and maintenance
   1. Constant monitoring of subscriber base and their growth needs and updating of methods of engagement
   2. Added on-ground representative channel for subscribers, partners, and prospects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
• Capable of leading a large team.
• Good business acumen. Knowledge of quantitative management.
• Willing to work in the field. Experience in field sales is a plus.
• Tech-savvy especially with regards to telco, digital, and mobile.
• Above average MS Excel knowledge
• Good social skills
