Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee day to day Partners Onboarding Operation in Visayas
- Supervise daily activity of Partners Onboarding Associate, who does the QA, Kitting and process request for delivery
- 1st validator of documents. Ensures all are complete, readable and not expired. Check as well if the signature on MAF matches with the signature on provided ID and all other documents.
- Also ensures POB provided are machine validated and non-Rural bank
- Coordinate with Sales team on their requirement
- Coordinate with local vendor, if needed.
- Manage materials inventory, ensures stocks are maintained at healthy level consistently
- Oversee materials and ensure inventory are secured.
- Ensure on time and correct materials will be delivered to Partners/Merchants
- Delivers regular updates on the progress of daily task
- Ensures to update tracker on daily basis
- Delivers quick resolutions to escalations
- Assist in approving of wallet created in A+
- Safekeep Documents provided for wallet creation and sends it to Head Office
