Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Work with the CISO to drive the Business Continuity Management Initiatives for the organization and reports status of program implementation to stakeholders and regulators
- Lead the development and calibration of the Business Continuity Management Framework
- Implement best practices from highly automated companies and FSIs on BCM
- Lead the development of the company level Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plan
- Perform a gap assessment of new BCM regulations and standards with the current BCM implementation in Mynt
- Lead the BCM Testing – Tabletop testing, Simulation Testing
- Support the Seat Mapping Exercise for Mynt, Fuse, and GXI
- Evaluate the information security controls needed to establish a business recovery site
- Conduct the BCM Risk Assessment Exercise and recommend action plans to remediate the BCM risks
- Help the CISO to facilitate Crisis Management Simulation among Execs in Mynt, Fuse, and GXI
- Develop a strategy to promote BCM in the organization
- Help represent Mynt in all types of audit related to BCM and Resiliency
- Mentor BCM Associate to develop knowledge and skills for BCM
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have any 1 of the following:
- CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
- ISO22301 Business Continuity Management System Lead Auditor/Implementer
- Certified Business Continuity Planner
- Highly knowledgeable on the Business Continuity Management System and Crisis Management
- Knowledgeable on BSP Circular 808
- Has hands-on experience in BCM Planning and Testing
- Has a strong sense of Information Security controls needed in BCM Planning
- Prior experience working within a financial service organization preferred
