Business Continuity
- Work with the BCM Lead to support the drive for the BCM Initiatives
- Support the development and maintenance of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) documents
- Support the development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- Document the BCM Tabletop testing results
- Support the development of the Crisis Management Plan and Testing
- Perform administrative functions as document management of the BCM initiatives, follow up of process owners on the completion of the BIA and BCPs
Physical Security
- Assist the Business Continuity and Physical Security Lead in implementing the Physical security initiatives
- Perform administrative functions such as document management of Physical Security initiatives
- Perform regular physical visit on different sites of Mynt
- Assist in the physical security review on the third-party service providers
- Assist in the coordination with building administrators to ensure implementation of Physical Security controls and processes
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Knowledgeable on the Business Continuity Management System and Crisis Management
- Knowledgeable on BSP Circular 808 and 951
- Knowledgeable on ISO 22301:2012 Business Continuity Management System
- Knowledgeable on physical security requirements of ISO27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems
- Has hands on experience on conducting and documenting Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans
- Prior experience working within a financial service organization preferred
