Does
- Looking after the Bills Payment Tech Operations, this person kicks-off product enhancements and liaise with tech / app and operations teams.
- Champions product enhancements and biller expansion while working with cross-functional teams from Mynt to enable consumer-facing units to understand new product launches and marketing promotions and address inquiries
- Manage tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business
- Ensures high quality service levels and reporting i.e. minimize transaction errors and partner reporting issues
