Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Establish and implement financial and accounting processes in line with our company policies and guidelines.
- Prepare month-end and yearly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow in accordance with company policy, Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, and Philippine SEC.
- Supervise the preparation of all taxes in compliance to BIR and other statutory requirements for your assigned portfolio.
- Checking of all financial transactions to ensure alignment and compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, rules & guidelines.
- Prepare, Analyze and Report to management the financial performance.
- Able to do bank relation building.
- Monthly Bookkeeping;
- Bank Reconciliation;
- Monitor receivables;
- Leads in the preparation of reports for submission to various government agencies.
- Generate financial reports specific to the requests of management.
- Develops and maintain internal controls, coordinates annual audit activities and ensures resolution to issues and overall compliance.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and presents to manage an analysis or recommendation as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- 4+ years of experience in general accounting and auditing.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess an eye for detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Have high standards of integrity.
- Get it done mentality.
- Working in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in using Airtable is a plus
