Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Will be the overall office manager in Legaspi Village, with regards to its upkeep and employees.
- Answers phone calls, and acts as a receptionist of sorts if any clients or business partners come through.
- Does basic accounting for the office.
- Specifically, with regards to payroll, and office expenses.
- Will not be responsible for the overall accounting books of the business, but of the basic books of the Makati office.
- Clerical work, such as filing, among other things.
- Opens, and closes the office, depending on the hours of the employees.
- Contributes to the direction of the company as a whole. My Shopping Box is a very collaborative company and all inputs are welcome. However, this is not a strict requirement.
- In general, your role will be to act as the office manager of sorts - to make sure the office is fully stocked, is running smoothly with regards to utilities and such things, will handle the payroll, among other minor responsibilities.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A college graduate of any course, preferably communications, psychology, finance-related, or marketing related.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in some form of secretary / administrative profession would be preferable.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash advances, payroll embursement, etc.
- Pleasing, welcoming personality.
- Highly organized, prompt and tidy.
- Collaborative person by nature.
- Strong ability to manage an office atmosphere.
