Sales Consultant | MOA, Pasay  

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and monitoring product movement/inventory, and effective working relationships with co-employees

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, schedule, follow up, and entertain client and their inquiries.
• Promote and sell retail products, services, and membership.
• Check and monitor clients' records.
• Book client for appointments and for possible enrollment.
• Endorse client to Aesthetician for a particular service.
• Assist the Doctor as the need arises.
• Handle petty cash and retail product inventory.
• Do cashiering.
• Be responsible for bank transactions.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Sales Report.
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
• Arrange and replenish retail products display.
• Be in charge of the following:
  • Music operations at the waiting lounge.
  • Duplicate keys for entrance door, stock cabinets, and lockers.
• Receive delivery of products and ensures these are not damaged or spoiled.
• Ensure all lights, aircon, and equipment are turned off before leaving the branch.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.

• Graduate of any Business course.
• At least two years of experience or exposure in skin clinic is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Good selling skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Customer oriented.
• Pleasing personality.
• Self motivated.
• Has good moral character.
• Trainable and trustworthy.
• Preferably female.
