- Originates and develops ideas, prepares complete designs from architectural drawings and specifications to design the curtainwall systems for buildings.
- Participates in sales meetings and communicates with Architects, Owners, Consultants, and sales team to determine the best design that will meet the needs of the client, while meeting Client’s requirements and standards.
- Typically handles the most complex geometry projects.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experienced with the Curtain Wall Industry From A-Z
- 4-year College degree in architectural design, Engineering
- 10+ years’ curtainwall experience in a design role with increased responsibility and demonstrated an understanding of advanced techniques and conceptual design application
- Previous experience in a lead capacity directing, developing, mentoring and training others
- Proficient in 3D software – i.e. AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Suite and word processing
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical training to beginning
- Designers and oversee their results
- Strong communication skills, to include verbal, presentation, and written
- Self-starter able to work independently exercising mature judgment
- Prepairing bid requirements for project biddings
- Lead a full team of designers in producing quality fabrication and bar drawings for the project.
