The Area Officer will handle the management and overall responsibility of a group of stores (sales, cost, people, LSM, etc.) in a particular area. He/she will be responsible for staff and will directly report to the Senior Head for Sales and Operations.
- Setting sales targets
- Maximizing sales and profitability
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Driving team performance
- Controlling the training and development of your staff

- With minimum of 3-years experience as Store Supervisor of any food or retail business
- With strong sales and people skills
