- Create presentation along with creative team & deliver directly to clients.
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients.
- Developing sales strategies along with team leaders.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better service experience.
- Handling client complaints and negotiations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Young and dynamic.
- 1 - 2 years experience recommended
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good networking in creative service fields.
- Professional, confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
- Familiar with design & technology are recommended.
- Good in microsoft excel & powerpoint / Keynote.
- The ability to work with and motivate in a team.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
