  • Knowing Moselo as a product inside and out
  • Create documentation/report base on customer complaints/questions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Comfortable using computers and smartphone
  • Able to use ms word & excel / google docs & sheet (beginner level)
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
