Social Media Analyst

Fitch + Team is looking for someone to fill our ‘Social Media Analyst’ post who will handle the social media component of client brands and deliver necessary digital services.

The role requires knowledge and experience in the technical and creative aspect of social media management, particularly in handling multiple platforms for global clients.

Role-specific requirements:

• Firsthand experience in handling professional pages from the following primary platforms
  • Facebook
    • Tasks include: Scheduling a range of posts on a monthly basis
    • Brainstorming and producing content (image, copy, links, and other media)
    • Responding to Facebook private messages and comments (provisions vary per client)
  • Instagram
    • Tasks include: Scheduling and uploading of posts complete with image, copy, and hashtag/s
    • Responding to Instagram direct messages and comments (provisions vary per client)
• Knowledge in LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest sites

• Any 4-year Bachelor's Degree but preferably a Marketing degree or its equivalent
• Have a solid understanding of the mechanics of social media as both a producer and a consumer of content
• Able to contribute in brainstorming and assisting in the production of digital content
• Always be in the know about the latest trends and news locally and globally
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred skill:

• Experience in at least one of the following social media management tools:
  • iPreview
  • Plan
  • Hootsuite
  • SproutSocial
