- Directs development an implementation of integrated branding and direct response strategies including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media advertising, display/banner advertising, mobile and video marketing and SEO.
- Direct responsibility for driving traffic, conversion and ROI for all digital acquisition channels, including paid search, organic & local search/SEO, affiliate, display advertising (re-marketing, programmatic, addressable media, direct-buys), comparison shopping engines and social media.
- Supervise key channels including paid search, organic & local search/SEO, affiliates, display advertising (re-marketing, programmatic, addressable media, direct-buys), comparison shopping engines and social. Review and run internal reports to monitor performance and seek improvement opportunities.
- Constantly seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more.
- Serve as internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity, and testing opportunities that help drive the business.
- Support digital strategies to drive brand growth from an omni-channel strategy including geo-targeting to boost store traffic, cross-channel purchasing, email acquisition in stores and other omni-channel customer segmentation opportunities.
- Work with client side stakeholders on annual budgeting process, as well as monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs.
- Lead the direction and development of programmatic audience & campaign strategies and programs based on business goals.
- Recommend and leverage 3rd party data and tools for campaign strategy and planning.
- Be able to pitch high-level digital marketing services to clients and brands within an agency environment.
- Work closely with senior management in building digital marketing capacity through internal planning and staff development.
- Manage the development and implementation of digital advertising campaigns that meet brand awareness, traffic generation, ROI, customer acquisition and retention, as well as conversion objectives.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 6-8 years of work experience
- Knowledgeable in SEO, Social media trends and digital advertising
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Well versed in copywriting
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
