Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an online learning platform that engages students in learning and supports teachers in class management at elementary, junior high, and high schools. Our respected client is seeking a Sales professional for the job of Senior Sales Manager. The job is located in Makati City.

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will gather and interpret data and develop business plan to meet or exceed sales, marketing and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develops and leads in the execution of the overall sales strategy for School sales in the country
  • Manages and evaluates the daily activities of the sales team
  • Directs the marketing team for strategies and product directionDirects the customer relations team for sales-related activities and/or client conflict resolution
  • Conducts training for the sales team and determines other support neededReports directly to the Country Manager

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Graduate of any Business course or with Masters’ Degree in Business Administration
  • With more than five (5) years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Planning, and Sales and Marketing.
  • Knowledgeable in Web Services, Education Technology, and Digital Publishing industry.
  • Excellent in Networking, Persuasion, Public Speaking, Writing and Closing Skills.
  • Highly motivated for Sales, good in prospecting skills, sales planning and able to identify Customer Needs and Challenges.
  • Have honed his/her skills in People Management, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Excellent in building up Business Plan like P&L, Cash Flow, etc.Excellent in Microsoft Office.
  • Has a good communication skills both oral and written.
