- Works closely with product engineering to define manufacturing requirements for product changes or new product development.
- Plans and coordinates with the new product development team in identifying project requirements
- Develops plans, specification, and bidding documents for contract work.
- Reviews, evaluates the proposal for approval by the department head.
- Supervises project implementation and execution. Monitors on going work, provides final inspection of work performed, and evaluates the project based from approved plans and specification.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related courses
- With background in Food Manufacturing and production process
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
