Lead Process Engineer  

The Process Engineer main responsibility is to drive continuous improvement across MNCexisting production processes and workflows. In cooperation with the Production Department, the Process Engineer will analyze existing/current processes and determine areas that need modification. The Process Engineer will optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures to help improve and streamline our production workflow and cut costs.

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Strong Leadership skill up and down the organization
• Sound Influencing skills in driving TPM (Total Productive Maintenance
• Can teach and communicate with Management and Technician
• Strong capability in Systems Development and Implementation
• Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems
• Certified Six-Sigma Expert and have solved actual Quality Problems
• Advance Capability on Statistical Process Control and Quality Windows
• Advance Capability on OEE and Problem Solving
• Familiar with Sampling Methodologies
• Understand Product Development Approaches
• Can execute Product Attribute and Variables into Equivalent Process Setting
• Must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment
