Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and ensure posted to the correct legal entity/ BU and Project.
- Resolve invoices with discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues with the vendor and internal teams
- Resolve suspended records for EDI vendors
- Address vendor inquiries regarding payment status, past due invoices, remittances and unresolved issues
- Enter non-inventory invoices into the system after approval from appropriate managers
- Approve all uploaded vouchers.
- Download and distribute monthly WFB credit card statements to each employee
- Run bank reports and post daily bank debits
- Track and reconcile credit card inventory POs and system transactions
- Set-up new non-inventory vendors in the ERP system
- Process AR refunds
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payment
- Bank Reconciliation
- Annual PAYG preparation
- Assist in preparation of Cashflow
- Preparing BAS returns and Financial Statements
- Assisting in Preparing Budgets and Forecasts
Trình độ tối thiểu
** TARGET START DATE : JANUARY 2020 **
- A Bachelor's Degree holder of Accountancy or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of extensive experience in Australian accounting, bookkeeping and accounts payable
- Able to work in Eastwood, QC (morning shift - 6AM to 3PM)
