Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- VMware Administrator will be responsible for Architecture, Implementation, Monitoring and Maintenance of VMware ESX/ESXi environment.
- Build, configure and deploy Virtual Machines and templates.
- Apply patches and upgrades to operating systems and layered software as required.
- Maintain, manage and provide troubleshooting procedures and RCA to various VMware issues and escalations
- Provide technical support for VMware for related project activities
- Write and maintain documentation describing changes/upgrades to all systems, implementation plans and service requests.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s /College Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same field
- Flexible to working on shifting schedules.
- VMware certified is a plus
Technical skills
- Enterprise security operations and administration experience include but not limited to the following VMware management tools:
-VMware ESX/ESXi
-VSphere
- Knowledgeable in core Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating System, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other core technologies
- Strong understanding of Virtual CPU, virtual memory, networking and storage setup.
- 3 Years virtualization/virtual system Administration Experience
- Experience in the installation, patching, customization, capacity management and maintenance of VMware components
