Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage the whole process of project deployment and product adoption;
- Plan and conduct onboarding and training for new clients, and high-quality webinar forexisting ones;
- Conduct client meetings to communicate best practices, to develop plans for more function usage, to provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality, and to communicate new feature releases;
- Closely manage and nurture clients to identify and eliminate risk attribution;
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned clients;
- Analyze client trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standard, client requirements and product features are properly deployed and addressed;
- Partner with content development team and provide content feedback to help improve training programs and materials;
- Gain a solid understanding of products with ability to articulate how to best use and deploy the service.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Self-driven, organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work remotely and independently in a global team with a positive attitude.
