Accounting Staff  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs direct contact with company employees at all levels and including contact with client representatives, suppliers and other business-related parties as authorized by the superiors.
• Performs task as directed by the superiors and follow client work programs. Informs immediate superior about work schedules and whereabouts.
• Communicate with impact with the client that brings positive relationship in delivering audit engagement.
• Apply thorough understanding on governance, risk and control appropriate to the client and organization.
• Recommend applicable solution on the problem arises at work and be updated on the current development and trends in accounting which can be applied on the current accounting practice.
• Promote and apply professional ethics in the business environment, industry practices and specific client organizational factors.
• On-time and accurate submission of reports necessary for the individual and team performance.
• Ensure on-time submission of billing and collection of payment made by the client within the standard collection period.
• Accurate and on-time preparation and submission of Time Report for approval of the immediate head and Daily Time Report to HR Department.
• Active participation to any company event activities when necessary.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related courses
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Has good communication, analytical and organizational skills
• A team-player, fast learner and willing to work on multi-task jobs
• Responsible, trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision
