JOB SUMMARY
Assists in coordinating with requesting units/other concerned units and vendors/contractors on the procurement of stationeries, supplies and printed forms, promotional materials, maintenance stocks, telecommunication supplies, operating support and logistical requirements, maintenance and related services in accordance with standard specifications at the lowest possible cost and consistent with acceptable standards of quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Good coordination and communication skills
- With strong emphasis on accuracy of information and details
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Word
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience in procurement processes, policies and procedures / sourcing of required materials and services (Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), etc. is an advantage
- Knowledge/ experience in using SAP-ERP (Systems, Applications & Products – Enterprise Resource Planning) is an advantage
