The Test Manager/Quality Assurance Manager is accountable for the Test Execution, and Defect management functions of quality assurance or testing in relation to simple to complex system developments, enhancements and implementations received from the Service Delivery and Service Management Divisions or external vendors. These functions include:
- Product risk assessment;
- Effort estimation and work scheduling;
- Test plan and schedule for test execution;
- Test execution monitoring and control;
- Defect management;
- Review and sign-off.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- WIth at least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance, Test Engineer and other related positions
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to handle team
