As customer experiences manager, your mission is to assure that Blanja excels in all touch points of the customer journey (website, product, operations, and customer service) and responsible to improve customer journey.
- Maintaining survey for customer, analyse, and make an action plan
- Defining the customer strategy for the company (main catalog & marketplace
- End-to-end project management. Coordinate with business operation, seller development,and other relevant dept also local stakeholders for successful implementation of customer experiences initiatives
- Closely managing cross-department projects roadmap, implementation and achievements to always improve customer experiences
- Actively monitor communication customer from each department to ensure top quality and efficiency
- Weekly review of projects achievements with Top Management
- Bi-weekly review of on going project and achievements with customer experiences team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Technology or related relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years experience as UI/UX Designer or related field and min 3 years as UI/UX Designer Lead or manager
- Leadership skill and experience in leading and manage team.
- Have skill communication for project presentation
- Exposure in manage and lead team is an advantage
- Technical developer knowledge, design process and sprint method.
- Good in marketd trend analyse
