- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, and cross-functional teams (Engineers, Product owners, Business Analysts, etc.) to turn insights from research into solutions to business requirements
- Conduct various research and validation studies (including user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries and analytical analysis)
- Analyze data from multiple qualitative insights including market research, voice of the customer feedback, and heuristic analysis to determine new connections that inform the creation and optimization the UX
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations in conjunction with the Product and Design Team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 1-2 years of experience in user research field
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding, empathy, and sense about customers
- Understands user research methods, when to use them and how to apply them correctly (usability testing, user interviews, surveys and competitor analysis, etc)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Lookback or other data analytics tools is a plus
