- Develop a fundraising strategic plan for various programs and supervise overall implementations
- Research, identify and cultivate potential donors
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with current donors
- Develop and maintain a donor data base
- Develop and establish standards for proposal writing and concept notes
- Prepare reports and analysis setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations to the management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Communication/Marketing/Public Relations
- with specialization in marketing and/or fundraising or any related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills (able to search for and write grant proposals and correspondence letters)
- Must be able to use the Microsoft suite effectively
