Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide applicable English instruction to beginners, intermediate, and advanced ESL learners using our designed teaching material
- Conduct the lessons through one-on-one online video lessons within 20-25 minutes class time
- Log into the teaching website before class time and conduct all classes as reflected on the teaching schedule or class table.
- Assess students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback
- Handle different English language subjects (Phonics, Grammar, Conversational, etc.)
Trình độ tối thiểu
Technical Requirements:
- Internet Connection- 3 Mbps or higher wired DSL internet connection
- Head set and video- with noise cancelling feature and a high definition webcam
- Background- A condusive place for online teaching (clear, well-lit background, and free from distractions)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in education, communications, literature, etc.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Preferably with teaching credential or TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certificate or equivalent
- Preferably with teaching experience of at least 1-2 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative, flexible and proactive.
- Has good work ethics, professional, and can work with minimal supervision
